I am a little over my target amount of calories. I have figured out that I want to do between 1800 and 2000 calories. That way I have some room to play as I shrink. Exercise has been housework. Its something I need to start getting done. Its not entirely because Im lazy although if I have to choose between facebooking and cleaning... Ill facebook. However, lately that has been boring. Anyways I digress! I mainly dont get much cleaning done because of the pain I feel as few as five minutes into doing it. Its excruciating in my hips and lower back. Ive been just doing it though the last few days. Powering through the pain.
So here is my menu for today. I need to cut the fat and probably the carbs some too, but Ive been feeling a bit trimmer. Not much but I fit a little easier behind the wheel of my van. :)
