The last few days I have been really pushing the envelope of healthy eating. In a good way. I have added tons of fresh veggies to our diet. I have been cooking good veggie laden meals that are chock full of vitamins and minerals. I have a lot of groceries to work with in this house that arent so good for us. And I am going to have to stretch it until February. January is always bill catch up month. Ill pick up a few fruits and veggies here and there but things are going to be pretty tight around here.
